Fishing Permits:
In order to fish at Lake Rufus Woods from a boat, it is necessary to possess a valid Washington State fishing license OR a valid Colville Confederated Tribes Fishing license. To be able to fish from shore, it is requisite to first obtain a valid Colville Confederated Tribes fishing license.
